\ud83d\udc49 Personne n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9, mais des vies humaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en danger et des obligations internationales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 viol\u00e9es.<\/p>

\u2696\ufe0f Ce que dit le droit :<\/p>

Le droit de la mer impose \u00e0 tout navire l\u2019obligation de porter assistance aux personnes en d\u00e9tresse.<\/p>

Le recours \u00e0 la force contre un navire humanitaire en mission de sauvetage constitue une violation grave du droit international, du principe de non-refoulement et des droits fondamentaux.<\/p>

\ud83c\udf0d Cet incident interroge aussi la responsabilit\u00e9 des \u00c9tats europ\u00e9ens, qui \u00e9quipent et forment les garde-c\u00f4tes libyens dans le cadre de politiques de contr\u00f4le migratoire.<\/p>
